Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") are a legal agreement between you and Trigluon Co., Ltd. (株式会社Trigluon) ("Trigluon", "we", "us") governing your use of the KAI Tutor application and related services (the "App"). By downloading or using the App, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
1.License
Subject to these Terms, we grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the App for your own non-commercial learning. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, resell, or create derivative works from the App except as permitted by law.
2.Eligibility
The App is intended for users aged 13 or older. If you are a minor under applicable law, you may use the App only with the involvement and consent of a parent or guardian, who agrees to these Terms on your behalf.
3.Subscriptions & billing
- The App offers an auto-renewing subscription that unlocks full access after any free trial.
- Current pricing is ¥1,800 / month or ¥20,000 / year (prices may vary by region and are shown in the App before purchase).
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Your account is charged for renewal within 24 hours before the period ends.
- You can manage or cancel your subscription in your Apple Account settings after purchase.
4.Free trial
We may offer a free trial (for example, 30 days). Unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the trial ends, it automatically converts to a paid subscription at the then-current price. Any unused portion of a free trial is forfeited when you purchase a subscription, where applicable.
5.No guarantee of results
The App is a study aid. We do not guarantee any particular score, test result, admission, certification, or learning outcome. Your results depend on many factors outside our control, including your own effort and the policies of the testing organizations, which are independent of Trigluon.
6.Nature of AI-generated content
Explanations, feedback, and answers in the App are generated by artificial intelligence and may occasionally be inaccurate, incomplete, or out of date. Use your judgment and consult authoritative sources for important decisions. The App does not provide professional advice.
7.Acceptable use
You agree not to: use the App unlawfully; attempt to disrupt, overload, or gain unauthorized access to our systems; submit content that is illegal or infringing; or use the App to build or train a competing product. We may suspend accounts that violate these Terms.
8.Intellectual property
The App, its content, and its trademarks are owned by Trigluon or its licensors and are protected by law. Content you submit remains yours; you grant us a limited license to process it solely to operate and improve the App as described in our Privacy Policy.
9.Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10.Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trigluon will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost data or profits, arising from your use of the App. Our total liability for any claim relating to the App will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
11.Apple-specific terms
These Terms are between you and Trigluon only, not with Apple. Apple is not responsible for the App or its content.
Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the App. Any product warranty is our responsibility, not Apple's, to the extent not effectively disclaimed. Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the App, including product-liability, legal/regulatory, and intellectual-property claims.
Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms, and upon your acceptance Apple has the right (and is deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce these Terms against you as a third-party beneficiary.
12.Termination
You may stop using the App and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if required by law. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive.
13.Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. The courts located in Japan having jurisdiction over the location of our registered office (Chiba) will have exclusive jurisdiction over disputes, except where mandatory local consumer law provides otherwise.
